Job description

Our Facilities team plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sites. We are responsible for maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and operational efficiency. As part of our team, the Senior Facilities Manager will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where collaboration and problem-solving are essential.

What You Will Be Doing:

1. Ensure full compliance with building regulations, health & safety standards, and industry certifications.
2. Manage and oversee contractors, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
3. Support cross-functional departments by facilitating facility upgrades and rolling out projects.
4. Oversee waste management processes, ensuring waste streams are efficient, compliant, and cost-effective.
5. Develop and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high service levels.

Who You Are:

1. Proven experience in facilities management, including compliance and contractor control.
2. Strong understanding of building systems, MHE maintenance, and waste stream management.
3. Experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendor negotiations.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless facility operations and project support.
5. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Shifts:

Monday - Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm.
