Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Engineer (Days Based) for a market-leading UK manufacturer. You will perform planned preventive maintenance across manufacturing operations, focusing on electrical systems with some mechanical support, and assist shift teams to protect KPIs.

Maintenance Engineer (Days Based)

£39,000 - £44,000 + Bonus + Training & Development + Grading Structure + Progression + Mon-Fri Days

Commutable from: Lincoln, Gainsborough, Market Rasen, Scunthorpe, Brigg, Retford, Doncaster, Worksop, and surrounding areas

Are you a Maintenance Engineer with a multi-skilled background or an electrical bias, who wants a days-based role where you can genuinely develop, be recognised for what you deliver, and progress through a clear engineering grading structure?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading UK manufacturer whose products are used by major FMCG brands. With ongoing investment and expansion, they are now strengthening their planned maintenance team to drive reliability and performance across the plant.

You will work as part of a multi-skilled days team delivering site-wide PPM schedules, supporting shift teams with electrical and mechanical breakdowns when required, and contributing continuous improvement ideas to minimise downtime.

This role would suit a multi-skilled maintenance engineer or electrically biased Engineer looking to sharpen their skills, gain further training and progress in a long-term, stable days position.

The Role:
