Job summary

Stirling Warrington is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a busy site in Lincolnshire. The role is on a 4 on 4 off days pattern, focusing on keeping production equipment running with hands-on maintenance and rapid response to breakdowns.

You will perform reactive and planned maintenance, improve reliability, and ensure audit-ready records while contributing to continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a multi-skilled engineering role.
• Solid mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Responding to breakdowns and carrying out repairs.
• Completing planned preventative maintenance.
• Keeping accurate maintenance records.
• Identifying recurring issues and improving equipment performance.
• Making sure everything is kept audit-ready.

Salary: £50,000

We’re working with a well established business that’s looking to add a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to their site in Nettleton.

This is a hands on role within a busy production environment, where you’ll play a key part in keeping machinery running smoothly and minimising downtime.

The role

You’ll be responsible for both reactive and planned maintenance across site, working on a range of equipment and continuously looking for ways to improve reliability.

Day to day, you’ll be:
