TechNichols Resourcing Ltd is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer / Maintenance Electrician for a global heavy plant manufacturer. The role offers 4 on 4 off days and involves maintaining conveyors, robotics, and heavy equipment, with reactive and planned maintenance tasks.
You will develop skills in PLC fault finding and programming, VSD drives, and Siemens PLCs, with opportunities to learn FANUC robotics while working in a safety‑conscious team environment.
Role: Electrical Maintenance Engineer / Maintenance Electrician
Salary: £46,000 - £56,000 per annum, (dependant on experience) plus overtime and additional benefits
Hours: 4 on 4 off (Days)
Location: Commutable from Howden, Hull, Selby, Goole, Doncaster, Brough, York, Market Weighton, Driffield, Knottingley and surrounding areas

The site prides themselves on being self-sufficient, not relying on outside contractors for most projects, so the maintenance teams get fully involved in most of the full Lifecyle of work. They also provide training and up-skilling where required ie. FANUC Robotics and programming or PLC s - both fault finding and programming, although ideally you will have some of these advanced skills already.
This is a Shift based role - 4 on 4 off (days) and would ideally suit an Electrical Maintenance Engineer / Maintenance Electrician with a background in an industrial or heavy manufacturing environment - the ability to work effectively within a skilled team is essential!
