Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is supporting a market-leading UK manufacturer to recruit a Maintenance Engineer (Days Based). The role covers planned maintenance, electrical fault-finding and some mechanical work, with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement across the plant.

You will work in a multi-skilled days team, delivering site-wide PPM schedules and supporting production KPIs. Monday to Friday days (7:30am–4:00pm) with growth through a clear grading structure and progression

Qualifications

• PPM experience with electrical fault-finding
• Manufacturing/industrial background preferred

Responsibilities

• Planned preventive maintenance and reliability support across manufacturing operations
• Electrical systems maintenance with some mechanical support as required

Commutable from: Lincoln, Gainsborough, Market Rasen, Scunthorpe, Brigg, Retford, Doncaster, Worksop, and surrounding areas

Are you a Maintenance Engineer with a multi-skilled background or an electrical bias, who wants a days-based role where you can genuinely develop, be recognised for what you deliver, and progress through a clear engineering grading structure?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading UK manufacturer whose products are used by major FMCG brands. With ongoing investment and expansion, they are now strengthening their planned maintenance team to drive reliability and performance across the plant.

You will work as part of a multi-skilled days team delivering site-wide PPM schedules, supporting shift teams with electrical and mechanical breakdowns when required, and contributing continuous improvement ideas to minimise downtime.

This role would suit a multi-skilled maintenance engineer or electrically biased Engineer looking to sharpen their skills, gain further training and progress in a long-term, stable days position.
