What you’ll be doing Carry out waste removal, grounds maintenance, removals, and general cleansing duties across void and occupied properties Ensure all areas are left clean, safe, and free from debris following each visit Use cleaning equipment and machinery safely and in line with training and procedures Complete waste collection, transport, and disposal in accordance with relevant guidelines Support routine maintenance of vehicles, tools, and equipment, reporting any faults or hazards Complete accurate records and documentation as required Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service Follow all Health & Safety procedures, safeguarding responsibilities, and organisational standards
What we’re looking for Confident and capable of driving vehicles up to 3,500kg Experience in general cleaning duties and waste clearance Comfortable using cleaning equipment and machinery NVQ or BICSc cleaning qualifications (desirable) Understanding of COSHH (desirable) and safe use of cleaning equipment Ability to use mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones Experience operating tools and equipment such as: Pressure washers Floor scrubber dryers and rotary machines Wet vacuums Strimmers, hedge cutters, brush cutters, lawn mowers, rotavators Reach & wash / gutter cleaning systems Competent using email and basic IT systems Flexible, reliable, and able to manage travel requirements Additional requirements Full UK driving licence required Ability to pass a DBS check
