Bromford Flagship LiveWest in the United Kingdom seeks a practical, customer-focused grounds operative to maintain communal spaces, engage with residents, and support safe, welcoming neighbourhoods.

You'll travel across Burntwood and surrounding areas, operate mowing and hedge-cutting equipment (training provided), and join a team committed to inclusive service, with benefits including pension contributions and a £500 benefits allowance.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
• Comfortable with using technology and basic mobile devices.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service to people of all backgrounds.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Basic DBS required (we'll arrange this).

What We’re Looking For
