Job summary

Bromford Flagship LiveWest in Tamworth is seeking a grounds maintenance operative. You will maintain communal green spaces, engage with residents, and operate mower and hedge cutting equipment with training provided.

The role is Monday–Friday, 40 hours, with a company van, fuel, tools, and a competitive benefits package; a full UK driving licence and basic DBS clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping, or willingness to learn.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Basic DBS check required (we’ll arrange this).
• Comfortable with using technology and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communal green spaces and welcome spaces for everyone.
• Engage with residents from diverse backgrounds and deliver high-quality service.
• Operate equipment such as mowers, hedge cutters, and brush cutters (training provided).
• Travel across Daventry and surrounding areas to keep environments safe and well-maintained.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping, or a willingness to learn and grow in the field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
• Comfortable with using technology and basic mobile devices
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service to people of all backgrounds
• A full UK driving licence
• Basic DBS required (we ll arrange this).
