Job summary

Bromford is recruiting a Grounds Maintenance Operative to maintain communal green spaces across Northfield/Bromsgrove. You’ll engage with residents, operate lawn and hedge equipment (training provided), and contribute to safe, welcoming environments.

Role requires a UK driving license (van sharing), a Basic DBS check, and the ability to work independently as part of a diverse team. Regular pay, overtime opportunities, and career development await.

Additional Requirements
