Job summary

Bromford Flagship LiveWest (BFL) is seeking a grounds maintenance operative to keep communal green spaces welcoming and well‑maintained. You will engage with residents from diverse backgrounds and deliver high-quality service across Solihull, with training provided for operating equipment.

The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team, plus comfort with using technology and mobile devices.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping, or a willingness to learn and grow in the field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
• Comfortable with using technology and basic mobile devices
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service to people of all backgrounds

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Maintaining communal green spaces that are welcoming for everyone
• Engaging with residents from diverse backgrounds and delivering high-quality service
• Operating equipment such as mowers, hedge cutters, and brush cutters (training provided)
• Traveling across the Solihull, ensuring safe and well‑maintained environments

Additional requirements

• Due to the nature of the role, a Basic DBS check will be required to ensure a secure environment.
