Job summary

Bromford Flagship LiveWest (BFL) is seeking an Electrician to perform quality electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations across domestic and commercial properties. The role offers a stable schedule and strong long-term security, with on-call duties contributing £864 weekly.

You will work with a fully equipped setup, including van, tools, fuel card, tablet, and phone, and enjoy generous leave, pension, and wellbeing benefits as part of a structured workload.

Qualifications

• Experience with 18th Edition wiring regulations or equivalent time served.
• City & Guilds Electrical Test and Inspection Certificate.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent electrical qualification.
• AM2 qualification preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), repairs, and installations across domestic and commercial properties.
• Maintaining and fault-finding on electrical and mechanical systems, including boiler controls, pumps, communal lighting, hot water systems, and HVAC units.
• Completing rewiring, testing, and inspections to ensure systems are safe and compliant.
• Diagnosing issues quickly and delivering high-quality, efficient repairs.
• Managing materials, recording work accurately, and working safely in line with regulations.
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring homes are safe and fit for purpose.
• Proactive, flexible attitude to work and travel.
