Job summary

Stirling Warrington in Rugby is seeking a multi-skilled maintenance engineer with electrical or mechanical bias to join a team of 11 engineers at a world-class manufacturing facility. The role involves fault finding and repair across Siemens and Fanuc control systems, grinding machines, CNCs, power presses and more, with shifts occurring nights on a 4-on 4-off pattern.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in industrial maintenance, with formal engineering qualifications

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as an industrial maintenance engineer.
• Multiskilled engineer with mechanical or electrical bias encouraged to apply.
• Formal engineering qualification desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Fault finding and repair of Siemens and Fanuc control systems.
• Maintenance of grinding machines, CNCs, power presses and ovens.
• Work on multiple lines with at least one other engineer on site.

We are looking for a multi skilled maintenance engineer either electrical or mechanical bias to join our team of 11 engineers at our world class manufacturing facility in Rugby. All of our team have at least 5 years experience behind them with the company, youll be joining a booming business with a substantial order book and a great company culture.
With sales exceeding £500m in 2021, we re-invest our profits in our engineering team with the opportunity to be put onto external PLC programming courses, as well as smaller qualifications such as 18thedition wiring regs, IOSH etc.
The successful engineer will be in a multi skilled role involving both electrical and mechanical fault finding. Your duties will include fault finding and repair of Siemens and Fanuc control systems, grinding machines, CNCs, Power Presses, Chemical Lines, Ovens, Vacuum Furnaces, Kuka Robots amongst other smaller components.
Unlike some nights roles this role isnt lone working on shift, you will be on shift with at least 1 other engineer at all times.

Experience Required

• Minimum of 3 years experience as an industrial maintenance engineer
• Multi Skilled engineer either mechanical or electrical bias are still very much encouraged to apply.
• Formal qualification in engineering is desirable but not essential.
