ETS Consulting Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for their client in Loughborough. The role involves maintaining high-speed automated production lines, including extruders, conveyors, converters and packaging equipment.

You should have completed an engineering apprenticeship, with experience in PLC systems and preventive maintenance. Salary is £45,536 with pension and overtime; reference Jo7359/SB.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Maintenance Engineer

Location: Loughborough

Shift Pattern: Continentals 2 Days 2 Nights 12 hours

The Company

My client is processor/manufacturer within its field of plastic recycling. The company is a well established producer to the global markets, having 8 recycling sites across the UK. The Loughborough site is looking once again to expand due to further investment, within this globally secure organisation.

Key Skills

• Apprentice Trained Engineer in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience of PLC systems & Automated machinery
• Understanding of PPM Systems

The Role

The successful candidate will have served a minimum of a full apprenticeship in engineering and have experience working within planned and preventative maintenance schedules, project based work within a high speed controlled automated environment. There will be lots of fast moving machinery extruders, conveyors, converters, and flexible packaging equipment. This is a challenging role that will offer the successful candidate an opportunity to broaden their skills considerably.
