Job summary

ETS Consulting Ltd in Oakham is seeking a Multi Maintenance Engineer to service and repair production machinery, including PLC systems, conveyors, wrappers and packing lines. You will perform electrical and mechanical maintenance across a manufacturing site, working within a team or independently as required.

A full apprenticeship is essential, with experience in PLCs and automated equipment. Long-term career progression is available.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a full engineering apprenticeship.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical maintenance on production machinery.
• Familiarity with PLCs, Siemens systems, conveyors and wrapping/packing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair a variety of production machines on site.
• Work with PLC systems and automated packaging machinery.
• Operate effectively in a team or autonomously as required.

The Role

You will have served a minimum of a full apprenticeship in engineering and have experience working within the maintenance of electrical and mechanical machinery. On a day to day basis, you will work on a variety of production machinery including PLC systems, Siemens, conveyors, wrappers, and packing machinery. The ideal candidate will also have experience within a manufacturing site and the ability to work within a team or autonomously as required.
