Job summary

TSSI in London is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Facilities Engineer to support a prestigious portfolio across London and the South East. You will provide a responsive maintenance service, keep client facilities safe, compliant and fully operational, and take ownership to deliver first-time fixes where possible.

You will perform building fabric repairs, electrical and plumbing works, decorating and carpentry, and assist with inspections, reports and projects.

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled facilities maintenance experience.
• Building fabric maintenance experience.
• Customer-facing maintenance experience.
• Practical knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing.
• Experience in commercial environments.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned and reactive facilities maintenance services throughout London and the South East.
• Carry out building fabric repairs, alterations and installations.
• Undertake minor electrical and plumbing works.
• Diagnose faults and implement practical repair solutions.
• Complete decorating, carpentry and general maintenance tasks.
• Support compliance inspections and statutory maintenance activities.
• Carry out site surveys and produce condition reports.
• Assist with client projects, fit-outs and refurbishment works.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health and safety legislation.
• Maintain excellent client communication and service standards.

The role requires an engineer who can confidently engage with customers, take ownership of issues and deliver first-time fixes wherever possible.
