Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a modern FMCG site. You will ensure production machinery runs reliably and efficiently, on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern with days and nights.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.

• Support commissioning and ongoing performance of the new production line.
• Collaborate with production teams to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Contribute to site-wide continuous improvement projects.

Salary: £54,000 + up to £2,000 annual bonus

Our client is a well-established manufacturing business that continues to invest heavily in both its people and its facilities. Most recently, they've committed over £4 million to install a brand-new production line — and they are now seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern site with cutting-edge equipment. As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring that production machinery and systems run reliably and efficiently. Working on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, you'll carry out both planned and reactive maintenance while supporting continuous improvement across the plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems
