Ganymede Solutions Limited is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a forward‑looking FMCG manufacturer near Flint. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems on a 4 on/4 off rotation, ensuring reliable production and contributing to continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates hold an HNC in engineering with experience in FMCG environments and strong fault-finding across electrical and mechanical disciplines.

Qualifications

Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Salary: £54,000 + up to £2,000 annual bonus
Shifts: 4 on / 4 off (Days and Nights)

Location- Commutable from Deeside, Flint, Holywell and Buckley

Our client is a well-established manufacturing business that continues to invest heavily in both its people and its facilities. Most recently, they've committed over £4 million to install a brand-new production line — and they are now seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern site with cutting-edge equipment. As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring that production machinery and systems run reliably and efficiently. Working on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, you'll carry out both planned and reactive maintenance while supporting continuous improvement across the plant.
