Hunter Selection | B Corp™ is seeking a Maintenance Engineer in Bridgwater to join a leading manufacturing environment. The role offers a consistent schedule of 4 on 4 off (days/nights) and a £57,000 base salary, with strong progression opportunities.

You will provide front line maintenance support, keep machinery performing at designed output, and undertake electrical, instrumentation and mechanical maintenance, including regular PPM and improvement works.

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled maintenance background with an electrical bias.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a team.
• Recognised apprenticeship to ONC/HNC.

Responsibilities

• Provide front line maintenance support to the shift operations team.
• Keep machinery working to the designed output efficiency.
• Dismantle and re-assemble all production equipment.
• Electrical, instrumentation and mechanical maintenance.

Role & Responsibilities

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Multi Skilled Background with ideally an Electrical Biased
• Manufacturing experience is preferred

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices & continuous improvement mentalityMust have a recognised apprenticeship to ONC/HNC
