Job summary

CCA Recruitment Group is seeking a Temporary Maintenance Coordinator for a Stockport-based residential property portfolio. The role is a full-time position with an immediate start, offering £17.95 per hour (equivalent to £35,000 per annum) for a temporary assignment that may extend.

You will review reactive maintenance requests, assess issues, authorise works, and liaise with contractors, tenants and internal stakeholders to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a residential property maintenance role is essential.
• Experience handling reactive maintenance issues in residential properties.
• Confidence reviewing contractor quotations and approving maintenance works.

Responsibilities

• Review reactive maintenance requests across residential rental properties.
• Assess issues and authorise works within company remit.
• Review and approve contractor quotations and scopes of work.
• Ensure repairs are completed to a high standard and on time.
• Monitor maintenance spend and contractor performance.
• Manage end-of-tenancy maintenance requirements.
