Job summary

L&Q Living is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator in Manchester to support the Healthy Homes team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, colleagues, contractors and stakeholders, delivering high-quality services that improve residents' homes and wellbeing.

You will coordinate damp and mould cases, manage repairs and minor works, and assist surveyors while reporting to the Maintenance Operations Team Leader. Hybrid working around 35 hours per week is offered.

Qualifications

• The successful candidate must be highly organised with excellent communication, administrative and numerical skills.
• Flexibility and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced environment.
• Repairs and Maintenance knowledge and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Awaab's Law damp and mould cases.
• Manage contractor repairs and minor works.
• Support surveyors by ensuring referrals are handled efficiently and effectively.
• Report to the Maintenance Operations Team Leader and contribute to delivery of repairs and maintenance services.
