Job summary

L&Q is seeking a Maintenance Team Manager to oversee a large reactive maintenance team across London and surrounds. You will lead Supervisors and frontline staff to deliver high-quality repairs, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement and a track record of improving resident satisfaction.

The position is permanent and full-time with hybrid working between the Stratford reporting office and on-site locations.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing a large maintenance team and directing reactive works.
• Knowledge of Reactive Repairs and DLO operations.
• Proven track record delivering customer service and resident satisfaction against KPIs.
• Strong understanding of health and safety standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Supervisors and frontline staff to deliver reactive repairs and maintenance.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure excellent service and financial control.
• Drive productivity and achieve KPIs across the service area.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and legislation.
