Join L&Q as a Maintenance Coordinator in Manchester, supporting our Healthy Homes team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, colleagues, contractors and stakeholders, helping to deliver high-quality services that improve residents' homes and wellbeing.

You will coordinate Awaab's Law damp/mould cases, manage contractor repairs and minor works, and support surveyors by ensuring referrals are handled efficiently and effectively.
