Job summary

L&Q Living in London (Stratford) or Manchester – Trafford area is recruiting a Complex Works Planner to join the Property & Investment Team. You will plan and coordinate complex works, prioritising high-risk repairs and vulnerable residents while ensuring efficient service delivery.

You will report to the Senior Customer Resolution Officer and contribute to achieving SLAs, right-first-time completions, and smooth handovers with contractors and residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, scheduling, work allocation or repairs administration within housing or facilities management.
• Understanding of repairs processes, follow-on works, contractor coordination and health and safety requirements.
• Strong organisational skills to manage competing demands and deadlines with effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and scheduling of Complex Works Maintenance Technicians across the L&Q estate.
• Ensure high-quality service by meeting SLAs and prioritising urgent or high-risk repairs.
• Manage diaries and schedules to achieve right-first-time outcomes.
• Log data and notes accurately to support handovers and reporting.
• Escalate issues or risks to line manager and stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with residents, contractors, and supervisors to maintain service continuity.
