Job summary

The Cosy Box Co seeks a Maintenance Admin to support a busy asset management function. You will raise repair requests, coordinate internal and external teams, maintain records, and generate performance data to ensure high standards of safety and resident satisfaction across Sussex sites.

With strong IT skills, you will handle compliance documentation, reports, and stakeholder communication, while working in a hybrid pattern from Reed House, Hove, and across locations with regular travel.

Qualifications

• Significant administrative experience in a busy operational environment.
• Comfort with maintaining databases, compliance documentation and data entry.
• Ability to produce reports and use data to monitor performance, identify trends and discrepancies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder management ability.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and a maintenance/system platform (e.g., Pyramid) with training available.

Responsibilities

• Raise and manage repair requests and void works.
• Coordinate in‑house repairs team and external contractors.
• Maintain accurate records and produce performance data.
• Deliver high‑quality administrative and operational support.
• Support compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain databases, compliance documentation, and data entry.
• Produce reports and use data to monitor performance, trends and discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and external contractors.
• Travel regularly across Sussex to support multiple sites.
