Job summary

Places for People in Bath is seeking a Maintenance Controller to proactively manage maintenance across a portfolio of properties. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will triage issues, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, and ensure compliance with client and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage the maintenance of a portfolio of properties.
• Triage issues and assign to the correct contractor for resolution.
• Liaise with tenants, landlords and clients; ensure timely supplier payments.
