Job summary

Places for People (Touchstone Bath) is hiring a Maintenance Controller on a Fixed Term basis based on site in Bath. Hours: Mon-Thu 9am–5:30pm, Fri 9am–5pm; after a training month, hybrid work (3 days at home) is available.

You will manage maintenance for a portfolio, ensuring timely contractor action and compliance with client and statutory requirements. The ideal candidate has property management or customer service experience, strong IT skills, and a track record of coordinating with multiple

Qualifications

• Property management experience is preferred; training will be provided.
• Strong background in customer service and IT proficiency.
• Experience collaborating with tenants, contractors, landlords and clients.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage maintenance across a portfolio of properties.
• Triaging maintenance issues to the correct contractor for resolution.
• Liaise with tenants, contractors, landlords and clients to resolve queries promptly.
