Job summary

Touchstone Bath is recruiting a Maintenance Controller on a fixed-term basis to join our growing team. You will report to the Operations Manager and help manage maintenance across properties, ensuring compliance and timely responses.

After an initial training period of one month, the role offers hybrid working with three days at home. A Basic DBS check is mandatory, and you will liaise with tenants, contractors and the client to deliver efficient service.

Qualifications

• Property management experience is preferred but training will be provided.
• Strong customer service background and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Comfort with using various IT packages and systems.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage maintenance for a portfolio of properties to meet client, company, and statutory requirements.
• Liaise with tenants, contractors, landlords and client to resolve queries promptly and pay supplier invoices on time.
