Move With Us, part of Simplify, is seeking a Property Maintenance Co-ordinator in the St Ives area. You will coordinate reactive maintenance across properties, manage contractors, and keep clients updated to ensure timely, high-quality service.

Strong communication and organisational skills are essential. We offer a competitive salary (£26,628 base + bonus, OTE £34,080) with extensive holiday entitlement, life assurance, and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in busy, customer-focused environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilités

• Receive and manage client instructions for property maintenance.
• Arrange contractors to attend properties and complete works.
• Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
