Job summary

Brighton & Hove Albion FC is seeking a Mail Order Coordinator to manage the end-to-end mail order process, including picking, packing, and dispatch of shirts and parcels. You will print player names/numbers, coordinate with couriers, and respond to customer enquiries with high-quality service.

The role involves evenings and weekends during busy periods, with a 35-hour work week at the Amex Stadium in Brighton. A strong focus on accuracy, stock control, and customer care will support club growth.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full mail order process from orders to dispatch.
• Print names and numbers on shirts for online orders.
• Liaise with courier for address or redelivery queries.
• Handle customer enquiries by phone and email; act as first point of contact for complaints.
