Brighton & Hove Albion FC is seeking a Mail Order Coordinator to manage the end-to-end mail order process, including picking, packing, and dispatch of shirts and parcels. You will print player names/numbers, coordinate with couriers, and respond to customer enquiries with high-quality service.
The role involves evenings and weekends during busy periods, with a 35-hour work week at the Amex Stadium in Brighton. A strong focus on accuracy, stock control, and customer care will support club growth.

Hours: 35 hours per week, 5 days per week, to be worked in accordance with the retail rota, which can include evenings and weekends.

In this role you will co-ordinate the whole mail order process through to the dispatch of parcels, including picking and packing. You will also be responsible for printing names and numbers on shirts for online orders and liaising with the courier company regarding any customer address or redelivery enquiries. A core part of the role will be dealing with all customer enquiries over the phone and via email, acting as the first point of contact for complaints, and offering high-class customer service at all times to increase the company’s growth.
During busy periods like Christmas, there will be evening and weekend working included.
