Brighton & Hove Albion FC is seeking a Mail Order & Warehouse Assistant to join our team at the American Express Stadium, Brighton. You will manage the full mail order process, dispatch parcels, handle click and collect for retail stores, and maintain online stock records.

You’ll deliver five-star customer service, support the warehouse to store and replenish stock, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while staying accurate and calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience and stock control knowledge.
• Experience with EPOS systems and order processing.
• Strong customer service orientation and accuracy under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full mail order process from order processing through to parcel dispatch.
• Manage click and collect orders across retail stores and maintain online stock records.
• Deliver high-class customer service and assist the warehouse team with stock storage and replenishment.
