Job summary

Brighton & Hove Albion FC is seeking a Junior UX & UI Developer to shape our digital fan experiences at the heart of our football club. You will work on visualising, optimizing, and building user interfaces across our digital ecosystem, bridging design and implementation with internal stakeholders and partners.

You will join a growing team with exposure to football systems, cloud environments, and AI, focusing on JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web standards.
• Interest in football and digital fan experiences.

Responsibilities

• Bridge design and front-end implementation across Brighton's digital ecosystem.
• Visualise, optimise, and build user interfaces for fans and partners.
• Collaborate with design teams and third-party suppliers to deliver intuitive experiences.

Salary: Dependent on skills and experience

Hours: Full time, which will include evenings and weekends as matchday working will be included in working hours

Location: American Express Stadium, Brighton and American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, Lancing

Shape the future of digital fan experiences

You will be the champion of our user experience across our entire digital ecosystem focussing on driving the most seamless, personalised digital experience in global sport. You will bridge the gap between design and front-end implementation by collaborating with internal stakeholders and third party suppliers. The role will focus on visualising, optimising, and building user interfaces.

Your technology background

You will not be expected to know everything on day one. Instead, you will work with a growing team with a wealth of experience in football systems, development, cloud environments, and artificial intelligence.

If you have a technical mind with a solid grounding in computing basics, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern web standards, we want to hear from you.
