Job summary

Brighton & Hove Albion FC is seeking a high-performance Facilities Supervisor to oversee operations across our stadium and training ground, including the American Express Stadium and Elite Football Performance Centre.

You will lead large teams, maintain world-class standards, and drive a strong safety culture with COSHH compliance, ensuring impeccable environments for players and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large facilities teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage maintenance and cleaning to high standards.
• Strong safety mindset with knowledge of COSHH regulations.

• Maintain our facilities to a world-class level, ensuring an impeccable environment for players, staff, and visitors.
• Lead and mentor large teams, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and clear communication.
• Drive efficiency across both the stadium and training ground, ensuring all maintenance and cleaning standards exceed expectations.
• Champion a proactive safety-first mindset, ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, including COSHH.
