Machine Identity Lead – FTSE100 Financial Services

I’m supporting a leading FTSE100 financial services organisation as they build out a best-in-class Machine Identity capability.

This is an opportunity to shape and lead a strategic function at the heart of the business, helping transform how identity is managed as the organisation accelerates into AI adoption, Post-Quantum Readiness, Secrets Management, and PKI.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background who now enjoys building and leading teams, influencing strategy, and driving large-scale change.

What you’ll be working on :

• Designing and leading a Machine Identity capability
• Secrets management and PKI at enterprise scale
• Supporting AI workloads and future-proofing for post-quantum cryptography
• Working closely with engineering, security, and architecture teams

What we’re looking for :

• Technical experience with Machine Identity, Secrets, PKI, or Cryptography

The details :

• Location : Largely remote (2 days onsite per month)

• Salary / Package : £90,000 – £110,000 base + Bonus up to 20%
