EDF is seeking an M365 Productivity and Collaboration Platform Specialist to lead and shape the enterprise digital workplace across Microsoft 365 services. The role blends technical leadership with hands-on engineering, guiding decisions and improving secure, scalable solutions at scale.

Salary starts at £50,000 with flexible hybrid working and monthly travel to an EDF office. You will collaborate with Product, Security, Architecture and Operations to deliver modern workplace capabilities that

Qualifications

Experience delivering platform solutions in enterprise environments.
Hands-on engineering across digital workplace technologies.
Strong experience with M365 suite: Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive.
Agile delivery experience in cross-functional teams.
Ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead technical delivery across Microsoft 365 platform services with focus on Productivity and Collaboration apps.
Act as technical decision-maker for platform solutions and implementation approaches.
Develop, enhance and maintain secure, reliable digital workplace capabilities.
Drive platform improvements, automation initiatives and continuous service optimisation.
Collaborate with product, security and operational teams to deliver user-focused solutions.
