- Experience designing enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Strong understanding of security, compliance and governance.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and strategic platform direction across Microsoft 365, identity and device services.
- Deliver secure, compliant, enterprise-scale solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Define engineering standards and guardrails for Digital Workplace platforms.
- Mentor Platform Engineers and act as a senior escalation point for complex challenges.
- Collaborate with architecture, security, product and operations teams to drive continuous improvement.
