EDF is seeking an M365 Productivity and Collaboration Platform Specialist to lead and shape the enterprise digital workplace across Microsoft 365 services. The role blends technical leadership with hands-on engineering, guiding decisions and improving secure, scalable solutions at scale.

The Opportunity

As an M365 Productivity and Collaboration Platform Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping and evolving the platforms that support our digital workplace. You’ll provide technical leadership across Microsoft 365 services, guiding engineering decisions, driving platform improvements, and helping deliver the secure, scalable solutions that support our journey towards An Electric Britain. You’ll join us on a salary starting of £50,000 per annum. The majority of this role will be home working, with travel to one of our EDF offices once per month. This means you can be based anywhere in the UK while benefiting from flexible hybrid working arrangements. Working closely with Product, Security, Architecture and Operations teams, you’ll have the opportunity to influence platform strategy, drive continuous improvement, and help deliver modern workplace capabilities that enhance productivity and user experience across the organisation.

Who You Are

• Providing strong hands‑on engineering expertise across digital workplace technologies
• Expertise in the M365 Productivity and Collaboration toolset, with a heavy focus on MS Teams, Exchange Online & SharePoint/OneDrive
• Working in Agile delivery environments
• Collaborating effectively across technical and business teams
• Applying governance and security principles to platform delivery

To be appointed to this role, you will need to meet the criteria for Security Clearance (SC), which will, ordinarily, require you to have British residency for the last five years.
