EDF (UK) is seeking an experienced M365 Architect to define and deliver the technical vision for Digital Workplace platforms across the UK. You will influence enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 initiatives, focusing on secure, scalable, and user-centric solutions that empower over 20,000 users.

The role offers hybrid working from anywhere in the UK with potential for an annual bonus and a market-leading pension.

Qualifications

• Strong technical leadership across Microsoft 365 and related identity/device platforms.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale solutions.
• Solid understanding of security, compliance and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and strategy for Microsoft 365 and related services.
• Deliver secure, compliant and scalable enterprise solutions.
• Define engineering standards and guardrails for Digital Workplace platforms.
• Mentor engineers and serve as senior escalation point for complex challenges.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, product and operations teams to drive platform excellence.
