Job summary
EDF Energy is seeking an experienced M365 Identity and Access Platform Specialist to lead and shape the Microsoft 365 platforms that power collaboration for thousands of colleagues. You will provide technical leadership and hands-on engineering to deliver secure, scalable digital workspace solutions.
Based anywhere in the UK with a hybrid working model, you will travel to an EDF office once per month and collaborate with product, security and operations teams to drive platform strategy and
Qualifications
- Experience delivering platform solutions within enterprise environments.
- Hands-on engineering expertise across digital workplace technologies.
- Expertise in the M365 Security and Access toolset (Entra ID, Purview, Defender).
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Ability to collaborate across product, security and operations teams.
- Apply governance and security principles to platform delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery across Microsoft 365 platform services with focus on Security & Access.
- Act as technical decision-maker for platform solutions and approaches.
- Develop, enhance and maintain secure, reliable digital workplace capabilities.
- Drive platform improvements, automation and service optimization.
- Collaborate with product, security and operations to deliver user-focused solutions.
- Incident and request management.
