Job summary
EDF is seeking an M365 Productivity and Collaboration Platform Specialist to lead and evolve the Microsoft 365 platforms that support thousands of colleagues. You’ll provide technical leadership, drive platform improvements, and deliver secure, scalable digital workplace solutions with hybrid working and monthly office travel.
The role offers a starting salary of £50,000 per year, with flexible hybrid arrangements and freedom to shape a secure, modern workplace at scale across the UK.
Qualifications
- Enterprise environment platform delivery experience.
- Hands-on engineering across digital workplace technologies.
- Experience with M365: Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
- Apply governance and security principles to platform delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery across Microsoft 365 platform services with focus on Productivity and Collaboration suite.
- Act as technical decision-maker for platform solutions and approaches.
- Develop, enhance and maintain secure, reliable digital workplace capabilities.
- Drive platform improvements, automation, and continuous service optimization.
- Collaborate with product, security and operations to deliver user-focused solutions.
