Job summary

EDF Energy is seeking an experienced M365 Architect to shape the digital workplace strategy across UK platforms, delivering secure, scalable solutions for thousands of users. You will lead technical design, mentor engineers and collaborate with security, architecture and product teams while working in a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical design and platform direction for Microsoft 365 and identity services.
• Strong understanding of security, compliance and governance across enterprise IT.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
• Experience with DevOps, automation and infrastructure-as-code.

Responsibilities

• Leading technical design and strategic platform direction across Microsoft 365, identity and device services.
• Delivering secure, compliant and enterprise-scale solutions aligned with architecture and business objectives.
• Defining engineering standards, technical policies and design guardrails across Digital Workplace platforms.
• Mentoring Platform Engineers and acting as a senior technical escalation point for complex challenges.
