Job summary

Barhale Holdings Ltd. is seeking an IT Application Support Analyst to enable effective use of IT systems and digital workplace technologies. You will be a key contact for end users, providing guidance, training and support to maximise the value of core business applications and collaboration platforms.

You will maintain knowledge resources, deliver training, and drive adoption while working with stakeholders across the business and the IT team to implement governance and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Ability to create and maintain user documentation and training materials.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to deliver user training and workshops.
• Good understanding of Windows 11 and modern workplace technologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 products and core IT services, providing guidance and support to end users.
• Respond to user enquiries regarding effective use of applications and collaboration tools to maximise productivity.
• Advise on technology solutions and participate in new application evaluation processes.
• Support maintenance of M365 services to maximise user value.
• Create and maintain end-user knowledge base content and guides.
