Barhale Holdings Ltd. in the United Kingdom is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team and provide first-line IT support across the business.

This role offers exposure to head office functions and regional teams, with a learn-by-doing approach to develop skills and grow tech responsibility. You will work on hardware and software support, AD/O365 accounts, device management, and networking basics while contributing to a collaborative, people‑centric culture.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in IT and willingness to learn new skills.
• IT troubleshooting abilities and problem solving.
• Experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365/O365 accounts.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Log, manage, and resolve incidents via phone, email, or ticketing systems with SLAs.
• Provide first-line technical support and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Configure, deploy, and support end-user hardware (Windows laptops, mobiles, printers).
• Manage user accounts and access in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Online.
• Support device management platforms (Intune, Jamf).
• Install and maintain business applications and software packages.
• Configure, monitor, and support site connectivity (Meraki, Teltonika).
• Create, review, and maintain IT support documentation in knowledge bases.
