Job summary
Capital Dynamics seeks a Technology Support Analyst to join the London Technology team. You will own the Microsoft 365 environment, provide end-user support across the firm, and manage core IT processes including provisioning and asset management.
The role reports to the CTO and offers a pathway into the firm’s data/AI programme. Strong candidates will have a degree in CS/IT, hands-on M365 experience, and excellent communication.
Qualifications
- Degree-level education in Computer Science, Information Systems, ML/AI or related field.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration; SharePoint configuration is a plus.
- Clear written and verbal communication, able to interact with senior professionals.
Responsibilities
- First/second line troubleshooting on Windows-based infrastructure.
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and related integrations.
- Deliver technology support to London-based staff; maintain high service standards and timely resolutions.
- Manage end-to-end user provisioning/deprovisioning and access rights across M365.
- Triage and resolve hardware/software issues; manage asset inventory and lifecycle.
- Configure and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries and permissions structures; support meeting room/AV tech.
