Job summary

Barhale Ltd. is seeking an IT Application Support Analyst to promote the effective use of IT systems and digital workplace technologies. You will be a key contact for end users, delivering guidance, training and support to maximise productivity and collaboration.

Work with stakeholders and the IT team to drive adoption, continual improvement and governance of business applications. A strong focus on MS 365, user guidance and knowledge management will be essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and administration experience of Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Groups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Experience creating and maintaining user documentation, knowledge articles and training materials.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to deliver user training, workshops and awareness sessions.
• Good understanding of Windows 11 and modern workplace technologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 and core IT services, guiding end users.
• Respond to user enquiries to maximise productivity and efficiency.
• Advise on technology solutions to meet business needs, including evaluating new apps.
• Support and maintain M365 services so users gain maximum value.
• Support document storage, sharing and collaboration across Microsoft 365 and core systems.
• Create and maintain user knowledge content, guides and training materials.
• Develop and publish communications and awareness content for core IT services.
• Ensure information stays accurate and aligned with objectives.
• Design and deliver workshops and training to boost adoption.
• Monitor usage of Microsoft 365 services and propose improvements.
