Job summary

Barhale is seeking an IT Application Support Analyst to support and promote the effective use of IT systems and digital workplace technologies. You will act as a primary contact for end users, delivering guidance, training and best-practice advice to maximise productivity and collaboration across the organisation.

Working with stakeholders and the IT team, you will drive user adoption, publish knowledge content, and contribute to governance standards related to business applications.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and administration of Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Groups).
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Experience creating and maintaining user documentation, knowledge articles and training materials.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to deliver user training, workshops and awareness sessions.
• Good understanding of Windows 11 and modern workplace technologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 products and core IT services for end users.
• Respond to user enquiries and maximise productivity and efficiency of applications.
• Advise on preferred technology solutions and participate in new application evaluation processes.
• Maintain knowledge resources and support documentation for end users.
• Design and deliver workshops and training to improve adoption of core business applications.
• Monitor utilisation and suggest improvements to adoption and governance.
