Job summary
Liverpool City Council is seeking a M365 Digital Adoption Professional to drive adoption and effective use of Microsoft 365 across the council. You will join the Strategy and Design Team within Technology and Customer Services, supporting adoption, guidance creation, and ongoing improvement of M365 tools for staff and residents.
The role focuses on enabling staff to work more efficiently, delivering digital transformation initiatives, and promoting governance, accessibility, and secure
Qualifications
- Experience delivering Microsoft 365 adoption programs
- Ability to translate complex technology into practical guidance
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communications skills
Responsibilities
- Support M365 adoption activity – plan, deliver and evaluate adoption
- Create and improve guidance and learning materials for Microsoft 365 services
- Promote best practices for collaboration, information management, accessibility, security and governance
- Support change and improvement by gathering feedback and identifying opportunities
- Collaborate with ICT, service areas, project teams, communications and M365 Champions
- Continue to learn and develop knowledge of Microsoft 365 and digital adoption
