Job summary

PA Consulting is seeking a Microsoft 365 & AI Collaboration Associate to enable teams to work more effectively using Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI tools. You will engage stakeholders, understand business problems and translate ideas into practical solutions across Copilot, SharePoint, Teams and Power Platform.

You will help drive adoption through demonstrations, training and guidance while ensuring governance, security and ongoing service improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Growing expertise in Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI-enabled working.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience contributing to pilots or service improvements.
• Awareness of information protection, security and governance.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to understand problems and tailor AI-enabled solutions
• Run discovery activities to clarify requirements and success measures
• Build or support agents, workflows, automations and low-code solutions
• Translate requirements into designs, user stories, prototypes or implementation plans
• Drive adoption through demonstrations, trainings and user guidance
• Support pilots and proofs of concept with requirements, testing and feedback
• Apply governance, security, licensing, lifecycle and supportability considerations
• Evaluate new Microsoft capabilities and prioritise improvements
• Contribute to reusable patterns and communities of practice
• Plan and organise work, manage risks and communicate progress across Microsoft 365 and AI services
