Balfour Beatty plc is seeking an ERT Level 0 to join the M25 DBFO network based in Denham, Uxbridge. You will assist in incident response, hazard clearance, and routine maintenance across one of Europe’s busiest motorways.

The role operates on a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern with day and night rotations, requiring travel between depots and occasional out-of-area meetings. A valid LGV C license and CSCS card are essential. You’ll contribute to zero-harm goals within a safety-focused team.

Formación

• Valid UK driving licence with LGV C (Class 2) entitlement.
• CSCS Operative Card is required.
• Desirable: LGV CE (Class 1) licence and Driver Qualification Card.
• Desirable: TMF/LTMO qualifications and related traffic management credentials.

Responsabilidades

• Support incident response on the M25 DBFO network.
• Undertake highway maintenance and minor civil tasks as directed.
• Assist in traffic management and risk assessments per CPS policies.
• Carry out routine vehicle checks and maintain driving records.
• Participate in Winter Service rota and training sessions.
