About The Role

What you'll be doing

Who we're looking for

We’re looking for someone practical, safety‑focused and ready to be part of a supportive team making a real difference on the network.

You Will Have

• A full UK driving licence (LGV Class 2)
• A valid CSCS Operative card
• Experience working in highways, maintenance or a similar operational environment
• The ability to work safely, follow instructions and contribute to a Zero Harm culture
• A proactive, team‑focused approach and willingness to learn

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

• Additional licences or qualifications such as LGV Class 1, traffic management or highways maintenance
• Experience working on live motorway or trunk road networks
• Relevant plant, equipment or safety certifications
